Terms & Conditions

Minimum Rental Period

The minimum rental period is three (3) months. This is a reasonable period to be able to measure the true benefit of BarrieMassage.com for your Practice.

Rental Cancellation

Renter may cancel any time without refund by sending notice to mail@wwhs.ca. No refund or prorated amount will be given before their term of service expires. Listing will remain active until the end of the paid-up billing period.

Payment

Invoicing is handled through PayPal and/or Stripe. Canadian residents may pay by EFT to mail@wwhs.ca

Payment for the minimum three (3) month rental period is due once website is live and client confirms contact information is accurate and functioning as requested. Following the initial three (3) months, invoicing is monthly due one month in advance. Invoices are due on receipt.

Renter acknowledges the website owner does not have access to any payment information and no representative from the website owner or on behalf of the website owner will ever request credit card or banking information from the Renter.

Late Payment / Default

If Renter fails to make payment when due, the account will be suspended. If, at the end of the regular billing period, the Renter’s account is still unpaid, the account will be closed.

Obligation

Renter agrees that the website owner is under no obligation to the Renter except to provide the services described.

Content Exclusion

Renter acknowledges all content on BarrieMassage.com, excluding content the renter might provide, is proprietary to its owner.
